NON-PAYMENT OF SITE FEES -- Any gentle who does not pay their site fees by the time registration closes at an event will be considered to have spent the entire weekend with feast and shall be charged accordingly. Gentles who do not pay their event fees or use NSF checks to do so will not be permitted to attend events until all fees are paid. REFUNDS -- Requests for refunds must be in writing and received 3 days in advance for a full refund. Requests made at the event will be refunded site fees only. Refund requests will be accepted no later than 20 days after the close of the event These must be received by the Reservations Chancellor no later than Nov 4, 2004.
This is a Dry Site
- *Proof of Membership is defined as a membership card, mailing label from a society publication showing membership # and expiration date, payment acknowledgement from Society registry, or statement showing check payment or charge to Society registry.
- No Family charged more than 3 adult fees.
- Children 5 & under are free. Children 17 & under attending without their Parent(s) or court-appointed legal guardian must have a Minor Event Waiver and Medical Travel Consent Form completed prior to arrival on-site. Please remember that these forms need to be notarized per the State of Florida.
- Please, no pets except for Helping Animals with documentation
- Any minor under twelve (12) years of age must have on his or her person at all times while attending any Society event both his or her legal name and both the legal and SCA names of the parent or other responsible adult at the event. Parents or Guardians must also be aware of their charges whereabouts.

The Fine Print
There is no charge to merchant at this event. By signing up to merchant, you are declaring that you have the proper business permits to sell in Florida. Merchants are solely responsible for all permits and fees associated with vending.
Merchants must pre registered to enter site early and reserve space. Space
is on first come, first served basis. There is a special form for pre-registration
of merchants. If this form is not filled out before the event, it will be
provided at reservations.
